The following plans and reports are divided into sections that mirror the Resources
of Community Concern (ROCC) as outlined in Latah Soil and Water Conservation District's 5-Year Plan. The reader
will note that "water resources" is not addressed as a separate section since it is addressed within many sections
with a focus on water resource's effect on these individual ROCCs (e.g., fisheries and drinking water quality/quantity
within public health).
